Your Impact:
Within our Strategy & Business Operations' group, you will be a critical member of the team focused on the redesign, build, and delivery of an end to end quote to cash capability for the future scale and agility of the company. To succeed, you'll find yourself partnering with customer facing organizations, operations, IT, finance, fulfillment, legal, and NPI -- to name a few -- to achieve a streamlined and flexible business architecture and a frictionless experience for our customers, field, and partners.
The Manager, Strategy & Business Operations - Special Projects will support the execution team in program management as well as value realization activities. The role requires the highest levels of collaboration and effectiveness in execution.
Key responsibilities:
Value Realization:
Develop framework for measurement of value that is driven by the transformation program
Identify metrics that will measure the success of the program
Work with internal stakeholders in identifying and obtaining data required for quantifying value
Build ROI model to perform cost benefit analysis for each initiative on the transformation roadmap
Program Management
Manage project plan with detailed activities, milestones, and owners
Develop/utilize various project management tools for tracking progress, documenting risks and issues, managing action items, and driving decisions
Identify risks to the program and facilitate appropriate escalations and resolutions
Support development of executive ready presentations
Skills:
3-6 years of relevant work experience
Experience working on variety of projects and/or large-scale transformations
Effective verbal/written communication ability and comfort with business & technical discussions w/ senior audiences
Collaborative team building skills with the ability to lead through influence
Knowledge/experience in leading project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, etc.)
Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision
Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience working on large scale, global strategic initiatives requiring analytical insights and big picture thinking;
Experience successfully working with and managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and interests;
Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification is preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering or a related field
