Role Description
- Deliver live and remote training for an ongoing Pega/OAS implementation
- Develop training materials (live/remote presentations, job aids, video recordings) in consultation with subject matter experts
- Assist in creation and execution of change management plan
- Collect and analyze user feedback through an online survey tool
- Support all efforts related to training delivery
- Develop and distribute communications content to end users using a variety of tools (PowerPoint, PiktoChart, InDesign, Biteable)
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with the client and key stakeholder groups
Required Skills & Qualifications
(LCAT Requirements)
- Bachelors or equivalent degree required
- Strong oral and written communications required.
- Experience delivering live training courses, and developing end-user communication preferred
