As
a project manager you will have the opportunity to work with
cross-functional teams and technical leaders to manage projects related
to DevOps CI / CD solutions to deploy, manage and automate software
development pipelines. We embrace DevOps culture and use an agile
development model to continuously deliver and relentlessly seek
improvements in platform, process and quality.
This position
is a part of our Enterprise DevOps team supporting many software
engineering product teams by providing guidance on DevOps best
practices, designing CI/CD solutions, implementing CI/CD automation to
empower product teams across the company to mature their DevOps
adoption and deliver products to market at an accelerated scale. You'll
get to work with many developers, testers and product managers across
multiple products / organizations.
Must Have
Demonstrates practical understanding of DevOps principles and best practices
Leads cross-functional teams of various sizes in the execution of full product development life cycle development.
Under general direction, responsible for all aspects of the
development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a
single point of contact for those projects.
Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including Clients,
Development, Quality Assurance, Operations and Client Services teams.
Advanced experience in direct client contact on a regular basis.
Defines and implements project scope and objectives.
Initiates, plans, executes, controls, and closes software and product development activity.
Participates in setting and enforces project direction with cross-functional teams.
Plans and manages resource allocations and task assignments within a matrix managed environment.
Works with management across the organization to define, plan, develop and implement new information products and services.
Manages, and controls scope, schedule and budget for projects.
Communicates project status and risks, with associated recommendations, to all stakeholders
Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
Provides business guidance to project team.
Other duties as required
