JD for Business Associate:

•         Knowledge of the Insurance Domain is mandatory. Good to have P&L insurance knowledge

•         7+ years of overall experience.

•         4+ years of experience in the role of functional analyst / Business Analyst

•         Experience in the creation of use cases, user stories, and experience in working with direct customer

•         Good verbal and written communication. Client communication (written/spoken) to understand and clarify requirements.

•         Team player who can work effectively in a team environment

•         Ability to understand and improve business processes, development processes and to be customer-focused
